If we are not in-network with your plan, we will give you an itemized superbill to submit to your insurer. Many plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network care.

Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved for you. We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less notice may be charged the full session fee. This helps us keep appointments available for everyone who needs one.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for any scheduled or requested care. If you are self-pay or uninsured, ask us for one and we will provide it before your appointment.
